To celebrate the opening of the new St Pancras Station, and the fact that this venue is only 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, Impulse have created "Parisian Chic'

Taking its inspiration from 1920's Paris, but with a modern twist, the venue will be elegant decorated with deep purple and black draping. Soft furnishings including elegant chaise lounges and a stunning 15 metre long bar.

CATERING


The catering at The Grand Hall will be provided by the dedicated team at Mint catering.

We place great emphasis on the quality of food at our Christmas events and it is for this reason Mint were appointed as our preferred caterer. Mint were recently voted in ‘the top twenty caterers in London’ in a poll carried out by RSVP Magazine.

Every event booked at The Great Hall includes a full menu and wine tasting at the venue prior to your event.

Starters

Beetroot cured salmon with cauliflower cream and lambs leaf and beet cress salad

Leek and Appleby Cheshire cheese tart served on lambs leaf salad with a sherry and hazelnut dressing

Caramelized pear, Colston basset stilton and winter leaf salad with pickled walnuts and port dressing

Main Courses

Crusted confit shoulder of lamb on grain mustard creamed winter roots and wilted greens

Rolled turkey breast filled with chestnut and cranberry stuffing served with braised cabbage, roast winter vegetables, crispy bacon and spiced port sauce

Roast salmon fillet on wilted spinach with braised baby leeks and potatoes with a light leek and potato cream

Vegetarian Chestnut, pumpkin and sage nut roast with winter vegetables and spiced port and cranberry sauce

Desserts

Pear, fig & toasted almond crumble tart with clotted cream

Figgy pudding with caramelized clementines Individual mulled wine macerated winter fruit crumble with quince cream
