Last night the Impulse team headed down to the Chicago Rib Shack for their event showcase evening.

We were plied with pink Mojito’s and plenty of onion loaf, buffalo wings, ribs and loaded skins, it really was a meat lovers feast, and the food on offer was very good.

The venue is great and perfect for a fun American  themed event for up to 300 guests, the cheesy tunes playing from the Rib Shacks heyday included the Baywatch theme and bought back many a happy memory!

The Rib Shack also has three  booths that be hired for groups of up to 15 guests, and operate a traffic light system so staff know when you need a top up, and when to leave you alone - Brilliant!
